HOUSE P74 AND ITS STORY
The P74 wooden house has 74 sqm usable area and is a very good option for a couple of 2 people, either young or senior. It has a minimalist design and from a functional point of view, it offers all the necessary comfort both for living and for those who work from home. The generous living room provides enough office space. It is an ideal solution for those who want to withdraw from the chaos of the city in a more secluded and quiet area, with more green space around.
HOUSE EQUIPMENT LEVEL P74
Miradex wooden houses are delivered in 2 equipment variants. The structure kit is the basic version to which the following works are added later. In the structure kit version, we can deliver the kit to you on site and offer assembly assistance, if you prefer to do the assembly on your own. In the equipment version at nZEB standard, we deal with insulation and sealing according to nZEB criteria, windows and exterior finishes, in order to reach a thermal tire at nZEB standard. Later we also take care of some of the installations.
