PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Millo Village is a residential complex consisting of single-family homes located on Matei Millo Street in Voluntari. In addition to the special architecture, the arrangement of the houses gives the whole ensemble a pleasant and modern look.
In the project we took care of the roof of each building: structural design, production of prefabricated attic wood trusses and assembly. Wooden farms had to be designed so that they could be effectively combined with masonry walls and increase the efficiency of the interior space.
Each attic roof was made according to EUROCOD 5 and the wood used complied with the strength class according to the project. The OSB roofing board with nut & feder joints was used as a decking, for speed in execution.
