PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Cosmopolis is an extravagant residential complex developed by Opus Land Development on the outskirts of Bucharest, consisting of single / multi-family homes, commercial spaces and other functions you need in a small town.
In the project we took care of the roof of houses and blocks of flats through the production of wooden farms for frames and attics, but also their installation. A complex project in terms of its size. The production and assembly of the roofs was carried out in stages, for two years.
Wooden farms have proven to be a more efficient technical-economic solution than the metal structure variant. The difference between a wooden frame and a metal one, of the same size, was 15%, which convinced the developer to adopt the system of prefabricated farms with multi-nail connectors.
