PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Rothier House is located in Rothier and is another project manufactured in Romania and delivered to France. The timberframe structure consists of prefabricated elements such as panels insulated with mineral wool or polyurethane foam, lattice beams and fasteners on the concrete slab. The prefabricated panels include not only the thermal insulation, but also the windows. In addition to manufacturing, we also took care of the structural design, and support during assembly.
The structure of the house was manufactured in 16 days in Romania, transported in 2 trucks to France and assembled in 6 days. The whole project was completed together with our partners in France.
