PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Another nZEB standard wooden house project, which we made in partnership with our collaborator from France, KAZEKO. We handled the structural design, production and assembly of the prefabricated timberframe structure, so as to reduce the construction time as much as possible.
The structure is KVH 60x200mm wooden framing, insulated with Rockwool insulation, according to the designer's requirements and claded with Vidiwall and OSB. The floor between the levels is of made of Posi-Strut/Posi Beams and the roof of wooden trusses whose upper soles have a small inclination, and thus we gave the slope of the terrace from the structure and not from the insulation.
The structure of the house was manufactured in 14 days in Romania, transported in 4 trucks to France and assembled in 3 days at the level of the structure. The rest of the insulation and finishing work required another 25 days.
